Keto Cheesecake Squares with Peanut Butter

  • 8 x 8 inch pan



  • cups almond flour
  • 2 tbsp monkfruit sweetener
  • 2 oz cream cheese softened
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter softened
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract


  • 12 oz cream cheese softened
  • 2 large eggs
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup monkfruit sweetener
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter

Top Drizzel

  • 1 tbsp peanut butter


  • Preheat the oven to 350F 
  • Place all the crust ingredients in a bowl. Beat the ingredients with an electric mixer until all combined.  You could also place them in a food processor for 1-2 minutes. 
  • Prepare an 8x8 inch pan with parchment paper. Spread the dough on the bottom until is evenly flat. 
  • Place your crust in the oven for 10min. 
  • Mix all your filling ingredients in a a bowl with an electric mixer or a food processor until all is well combined. 
  • Take your crust out of the oven and pour the filling mixture on top. Drizzle 1 tbsp of peanut butter and mix it by making s-shapes from side to side.
  • Place the pan in the oven for 35-40 minutes or until the center is slightly firm.
  • Let it cool for 30 minutes before cutting. Enjoy!
