  • 2 lb jumbo shrimp, deveined and deshelled
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • 1 large egg
  • Pinch salt
  • ¼ tsp onion powder or adobo seasoning
  • ½ cup olive oil or vegetable oil

Keto Spicy Mayo

  • cup mayonnaise
  • 2-3 tbsp lemon juice
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce or paprika
  • tsp salt
  • tsp black pepper


  • Peel the tails of the shrimp off.
  • Beat 1 large egg in a small mixing bowl. Season it with a pinch of salt and onion powder or adobo seasoning. Set aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl, mix the almond flour, parmesan cheese, ½ tsp salt, black pepper and paprika.
  • Dip the deveined and peeled shrimp into the egg and then coat it with the almond flour mixture.
  • Prepare your pan with olive oil on a medium to low heat. Place the shrimp into the pan and let it cook until golden brown on each side.
  • To make your keto spicy mayo, mix the mayonnaise, lemon juice, water, paprika, salt and pepper in a small bowl until well combined.
  • Serve with sauce drizzle or on the side.


If you are a spicy food lover, go ahead and add extra hot sauce if you like.
